1. Agreement and operator
Cellular Concierge is operated by LTI Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the app or service, you agree to these Terms with LTI Group LLC.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Cellular Concierge is an adult membership service offered by invitation in the United States. Canada is a planned launch territory pending required approvals. The service is not intended for children.
3. The v1 service
Cellular Concierge helps members submit supported everyday requests, review prepared plans or proposals, approve or decline next steps, and track status. Some work may be AI-prepared or coordinated with a concierge specialist. You remain responsible for reviewing details and approving any action that spends money, creates a reservation, or commits you to third-party terms.
The v1 service does not include Health & Wellness, Bill Negotiation, or Personal Finance Administration. It is not a medical, legal, investment, tax, banking, money-transfer, credit-repair, insurance, or emergency service. Plans and proposals are informational and are not guaranteed results.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, lawful information; review proposed details before approval; comply with third-party terms; and keep your email and device access secure. Do not submit a street address, password, payment-card or bank details, medical records, government ID number, unlawful content, or other highly sensitive information. Cellular Concierge v1 does not need those details.
5. Monthly app-store membership
Paid memberships are offered only as monthly subscriptions through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The exact product, price, tax, renewal date, and cancellation terms shown by the applicable store at purchase control. No free trial, introductory offer, promotional offer, or annual new-sale product is offered at launch.
Manage or cancel the subscription through the store where it was purchased using the accessible subscription-management page. Deleting the Cellular Concierge app or account does not cancel the store subscription. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's process, nonwaivable law, or an approved billing correction.
6. Account deletion
Delete your account in Settings → Delete account or use the instructions at /support#delete-account if you cannot sign in. Deletion is subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
7. Availability and third parties
Service availability varies by country, province or state, local area, request category, and third-party provider. Store availability does not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled in every location. Third-party inventory, prices, rules, and decisions can change. LTI Group LLC does not control a third party and does not guarantee that a request, reservation, purchase, or other outcome will be available or completed.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect members or the service, investigate abuse or fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to nonwaivable consumer rights and remedies that apply in the customer's province, state, or other jurisdiction.
