Cellular Concierge is a premium concierge service that works alongside the existing phone you already own. It is not a wireless carrier and does not replace your phone service. It is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911, and it does not provide medical, legal, investment or tax advice.
Membership terms & fair use
Every membership includes a monthly allowance of concierge requests, a limit on how many can be active at once, the household members it covers, and an approximate amount of specialist-coordination time. Here is how those allowances work.

- Each membership includes a monthly allowance of concierge requests, a cap on how many can be active at once, the household members it covers, and an approximate amount of specialist-coordination time. These allowances are provided on a reasonable, good-faith fair-use basis; sustained use well beyond the included allowance may prompt a conversation about the right tier for you.
- Purchase approval
- Your concierge never spends your money or takes a consequential action without your explicit approval. Bookings and purchases always wait for your go-ahead.
- Third-party costs are separate
- Your membership covers the concierge service itself. The cost of anything we buy or book on your behalf—flights, hotels, tickets, vendors, products—is separate and paid by you.
- Upgrades & overage
- You can change tiers at any time. If you regularly need more than your included allowance, we'll help you upgrade or scope additional capacity rather than let quality slip; requests beyond the included allowance may be handled as an upgrade or agreed overage, never a surprise charge.
- Exclusions
- Cellular Concierge is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911, and it does not provide medical, legal, investment or tax advice. Requests must be lawful.
