Frequently asked questions
What is Cellular Concierge?
It is a premium AI Concierge that gets things done for you. Delegate the details — travel, appointments, reservations, household coordination, research, purchases with your approval, follow-ups and everyday administration — and your concierge plans, communicates, books with your approval, monitors and follows the task through, bringing you the result instead of more work.
What can I ask my concierge to handle?
The current public scope covers 14 launch categories across travel, dining, home and property, shopping, errands, events, research, and coordination. It does not provide Health & Wellness, Financial Administration, credential handling, or address-change services in this launch scope. Making routine calls and handling email is one supporting capability among many; it is not the whole service.
How does approval work? Will it spend my money without asking?
No. Anything that spends money or has real consequences waits for your explicit go-ahead. Your concierge builds the plan and shows it to you; bookings and purchases only happen once you approve. Every task also carries an honest label for how it gets done — AI-prepared for your review, coordinated with a specialist, or completed with your approval.
Do I have to change my phone number or my carrier?
No. You keep your existing number, your phone, and your carrier. Cellular Concierge works alongside the phone you already own — it is not a wireless carrier and does not replace your phone service.
When my concierge makes a call for me, are the people it calls told it is automated?
Yes. On the supporting phone capability the concierge identifies itself in the first breath: “Hello, you’ve reached the virtual phone concierge for [your name]. May I ask your name and how I can help?” It does not pretend to be a person and does not pretend to be you.
Does my concierge give financial, medical, legal or tax advice?
No. Cellular Concierge v1 does not provide Health & Wellness, Personal Finance Administration, or medical, legal, investment, tax, banking, or money-transfer services. Use an appropriately licensed professional or regulated provider for those needs.
Can I use it for emergencies?
No. Cellular Concierge is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911, emergency dispatch, or medical alert monitoring. Never rely on it to summon help.
What does it cost?
U.S. membership starts at USD $154.99/month, with higher tiers for more capacity and priority, and a bespoke option scoped to you. Canada is a prepared launch candidate; approved Canadian prices will be displayed in CAD before enrollment after required launch gates pass. Third-party purchases and provider costs are separate, and complex projects may require a quote. New offers are monthly-only and available by invitation in the United States.
