We want Cellular Concierge to work for everyone who needs it — including the seniors and caregivers this service is built for. If something here does not work for you, that is a defect, and we want to hear about it.
What we have built
Keyboard navigation
Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, and focus is visible as it moves.
Screen-reader labels
Controls, form fields, and landmarks carry accessible names so a screen reader announces what they are, not just that they exist.
Skip to content
A skip link lets keyboard and screen-reader users jump past the navigation instead of tabbing through it on every page.
Contrast
Text and interface colors are chosen for legibility against their backgrounds rather than for decoration.
Reduced motion
Motion respects your system's reduced-motion setting. If you have asked your device to stop animating things, this site listens.
Plain language
Pages are written to be understood on the first read. Where something is a limitation, it is stated plainly rather than softened.
What we are not claiming
Cellular Concierge has not completed an independent accessibility audit. We do not claim conformance with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, or any other standard, because we have not verified it.
The list above describes what has been implemented — not what has been certified. Saying otherwise would be easy and would be a lie, and the people most affected by that lie would be the people this page is for. When an audit is done, this page will say who did it, when, and what it found — including what it failed.
If something does not work for you
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Describe it however is easiest — you do not need to know the technical term for the problem, and you will not be asked to.
Cellular Concierge is in early access and does not have a phone line open yet, so accessibility requests are handled by email. We reply within one business day.
Cellular Concierge is an independent call-handling service that works alongside the phone, number, and carrier you already have. It is not a wireless carrier, is not an emergency service, and is not a substitute for 911.
