What is true about Cellular Concierge today.
This page states plainly where the service stands, what it does with data, and what it is not — for the United States, Canada, and Quebec separately, because they are not the same.
Where things stand
Is the service operational today?
No. Cellular Concierge is in Early Access in both the United States and Canada. Nothing is running as a live paid service in either country yet, and we say so rather than imply availability.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
Not yet. No Cellular Concierge support or demo line is provisioned. We will not print a number that does not answer as Cellular Concierge, and we will not borrow another product's line.
What does it cost?
There is no published price. Plans are being finalized; early access members hear the real numbers before they are public. Nothing on this site charges you.
Where it is available
United States
Early AccessEarly access. No operational service claim while this state holds.
Canada (English)
Early AccessCanadian early access. No borrowed US number, no US price, and no claim that every Canadian carrier is supported — those are verified separately before any claim.
Quebec & French service
Not Yet Available — Quebec French Experience in DevelopmentActive Quebec service is not part of this launch. We will not present machine-translated French as a reviewed legal or account experience. A complete, human-reviewed French version — with qualified linguistic and legal review — comes before we market active service in Quebec. You may ask to be notified when it is ready.
How your data is handled
What handling a call involves
When the concierge answers, it processes who the caller said they are and what they said they wanted. That is data about the people who call you, not only about you.
Recording
Call recording is not activated. We do not enable recording without a separately verified legal, consent, storage, retention, and security design.
Transcripts and AI summaries
Transcript and AI-summary storage is not activated. If either is ever offered, it will be disclosed here and in the privacy policy first.
What we do not collect
We do not collect health information, government identification, or financial information as part of the concierge service.
The binding detail — what is collected, retained, and shared, and your access and correction rights — is in the privacy policy. This page summarizes; the policy governs.
Marketing messages
We do not treat account creation, an early-access request, a support message, or accepting these terms as permission to send you marketing. Promotional email or SMS goes only to people who separately, and affirmatively, ask for it — and every one has a working, no-cost way to stop. In Canada this follows a consent-first model, and we keep a record of the consent so we can honor and prove it.
What Cellular Concierge is not
- Not a wireless carrier, and not a replacement for your phone service.
- Not an emergency service, and not a substitute for 911 or your local emergency number.
- Not a medical-alert service.
- Not a guarantee of fraud prevention, scam prevention, or caller identification.
- Not a guarantee that every call reaches you.
- Not, at this time, available as active nationwide service anywhere — both countries are early access.
