AI and automation disclosure

Cellular Concierge is an AI Concierge: it uses automation to plan, coordinate and complete the tasks you delegate. This page says plainly what that means — for you, and for the people it contacts on your behalf.

1. What your AI Concierge does on its own

Automation carries the work: researching options, comparing prices, drafting plans, scheduling, sending reminders, monitoring for changes, chasing replies and retrying until a task is done. Every task tells you honestly how it was completed — by your AI Concierge, coordinated with a human specialist, or completed once you approved.

2. What it never decides without you

Nothing consequential is booked, purchased, sent, shared or activated without your review. Where the concierge prepares a next step, it brings the plan to you first; anything that spends money or commits you waits for your explicit go-ahead. Approval is yours, and it is never implied by silence.

3. When the concierge contacts people on your behalf

As one supporting capability, your concierge can make routine calls for you. When it does, it identifies itself as automated in the first breath:

“Hello, you’ve reached the virtual phone concierge for [your name]. May I ask your name and how I can help?”

It does not pretend to be a person, does not claim to be you, and does not adopt a human name to imply otherwise. The people it reaches did not choose this arrangement, so they are told directly, every time — not only here on a page they would have to go looking for.

4. What it is not

  • It is not a person, and it is not a substitute for one where human judgment is what a task needs — those are escalated to a specialist.
  • It does not provide medical, legal, investment or tax advice. It handles the administration around those things, never the advice.
  • It does not guarantee any particular outcome.
  • It is not a wireless carrier and does not replace your phone service, and it is not an emergency service or a substitute for 911.

5. Your data

Completing a task means processing real details about you, and sometimes about the people you ask us to contact. What is collected, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with are set out in the privacy policy. This page does not restate it loosely — read the policy, which is the document that actually binds.

Not for emergencies — call 911.

Cellular Concierge is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911, emergency dispatch, or medical alert monitoring.

Cellular Concierge is a premium concierge service. It is not a wireless carrier and does not replace your phone service.
