What it is not
The honest limits.
- • Cellular Concierge is not a wireless carrier and does not replace your phone service. It works alongside the phone, number, and carrier you already have.
- • It is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for 911, emergency dispatch, or medical alert monitoring.
- • It does not eliminate spam, prevent fraud, or stop scam calls. It reduces the interruption they cause. No honest call-handling service can promise more.
- • It cannot identify every caller, and no service can guarantee that every call is delivered.
