- • No team seats or delegated access. This is a concierge for your line, not a multi-seat phone system. If you need a team product, this is not it yet.
- • No guaranteed lead capture. The concierge captures what callers tell it. It cannot promise you never miss business.
- • No industry compliance claims. If your profession has regulatory requirements about call handling or recording, they are yours to assess — we do not claim to satisfy them.
- • No spam elimination or fraud prevention. Same as everywhere else on this site.
